The very next day after taking delivery of my bike, I faced a sudden issue where the bike did not turn on. I was really scared at that moment. I immediately called the Oben service center, and within one hour their team came to my home and fixed the issue very quickly. They also properly guided me on what to do and what not to do with the bike. Special thanks to the service advisor Shyam — he is a very supportive and kind person.
After 10–15 days, I noticed a small crack near the pass button. It was a Sunday, but when I called the service center, they responded immediately and asked me to visit the showroom on Monday morning. When I went there, the issue was handled very smoothly, and within 30 minutes the part was replaced.
I would also like to appreciate the service manager and technician for their professionalism, quick action, and friendly attitude. The entire team made the process smooth and stress-free.
For me, I had a great experience with the Oben service center. Their quick response, professionalism, and customer care really impressed me. Highly recommended! 🤩
